We are introducing Anima from 13th April 2026, a new online system to help you contact the practice more easily and get the right care first time.
Anima allows you to tell us what you need by answering a few simple questions online, without waiting on the phone. Your request is reviewed by the most appropriate member of our team.
This helps us respond more quickly, prioritise urgent problems safely, and reduce phone queues.
To use Anima:
• Visit our practice website
• Use the Anima triage form on the homescreen
• Complete the online form and submit
We will then contact you with the next steps, which may be advice by message, a phone call, an appointment, or referral to another service.
If you are unable to use online services or a frien/family member can not submit a form on your behalf, you can still contact the practice by phone and our reception team will help.
