Dear Patients,
Due to the upcoming closure of POD (prescription ordering direct service) from Monday 15th April 2024 your alternative ways to order your medications are via the NHS App & SystmOnline (our own app). The surgery will also be starting to receive prescription requests via our own prescription ordering form on our website or alternatively via our new prescription ordering email – bswicb.prescriptions.pcn5@nhs.net (this will require certain information to be processed).
As always, all we recommend that medications can take 2-4 working days so please make sure you are allowing enough time for the medication to be processed.
