You can order a repeat prescription and view your medical record online.
The online service is protected by the highest security and your details cannot be accessed by other people, providing you keep your registration details secure.
To use the online service please ask one of our receptionists for an individual access and ID code.
All new patients registering with the surgery will automatically receive a logon and password.

Simply return the completed form to the Practice with 2 forms of identification (ID), one of which must contain a photograph. Access will not be granted immediately. Requests will be processed within 7 to 14 days.
Proxy access
Patients Aged 11 Years and Under
The parents of patients aged up to 11 can request proxy access for their children and the parent would then be able to order repeat prescriptions online and book appointments online for their child.
Patients aged between 11 to 15 years
Patients aged between 11 to 15 years cannot be granted proxy access. In order to prevent any breach of confidentiality we do not allow parental access for children aged 11 to 15. When a patient reaches the age of 16 they can request online access in the usual way.
Relatives and Carers
A competent patient over the age of 16 can consent to allow relatives or carers to have access to their records.

Consent to proxy access to GP online services
Please return the completed form to the Practice with 2 forms of ID, one of which must contain a photograph for both the representative and the patient. Proof of address for a child could include a child benefit letter, tax credits letter, savings account letter or ‘Red’ Book.
Access will not be granted immediately. Requests will be processed within 7 to 14 days.
