For children and young people aged 11+
Kooth is for young people aged 11 to 19 living in the Swindon area. It offers online counselling and also peer to peer support through forum meetings and information and advice in the form of articles and blogs by young people.
Access to Kooth is free to young people and they are anonymous within the site and cannot directly engage with each other as our forum meetings and threads are moderated by one of our workers.
The service can be accessed 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and Counsellors are online Monday to Friday 12pm to 10pm. Saturday and Sunday 6pm to 10pm. Outside times when staff are not available young people can still message the team who will respond when they log on.
