Telephone Advice

Telephone Advice may include queries about a prescription, a test result, a hospital appointment, a referral, a form that needs to be completed or advice about a minor ailment.

If you think that your medical problem could be resolved by discussing it with a Doctor or Nurse please telephone the practice. We will arrange for the Triage Nurse or Duty Doctor to ring you back.

Advice is also available from NHS Direct by telephoning 0845 46 47 or from their website www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk.

Swindon Walk-In Centre:

Swindon Walk-In Centre in the Swindon Health Centre, Carfax Street is open from 7.00am to 11.00pm every day.  The Service transfers to the Clover Centre at Great Western Hospital at 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and at 5.00 pm at Weekends. The nursing staff can advise and treat patients.
